Aurora Design System
A themeable component library and docs site built with Next.js and hand-authored SCSS. Ships tokens, dark/light theming, and 60+ accessible components.
Projects that live in browsers, and a few that live inside aircraft.

DO-178C DAL-B cockpit display software on an ARINC 653 partitioned RTOS. Deterministic rendering pipeline with sub-millisecond frame budgets.
Real-time data dashboard in Angular with streaming charts, virtualized tables, and a plugin architecture powering 12+ internal teams.
A lightweight publish/subscribe middleware for resource-constrained MCUs. Zero-allocation hot path, static memory pools, and formal timing analysis.
An in-browser CSS/SCSS playground with live compilation, shareable snippets, and a gallery of pure-CSS experiments. A love letter to stylesheets.
Firmware-to-cloud gateway translating avionics bus data into a typed web API. Bridges my two worlds: C++ on the edge, TypeScript in the cloud.
Two disciplines, one standard of craft.
Interfaces that feel fast and considered.
Deterministic code where failure is not an option.
The glue that keeps teams moving.
A path that keeps looping between the web and the edge.
Lystrup, Denmark
Started my professional development career with Terma A/S, building software for complex aerospace and defense systems and beginning a long-running practice of engineering for reliability, precision, and real-world constraints.
Seattle, WA
Lead the tooling team building web-based ground stations while contributing to DO-178C certified cockpit software. Bridge the gap between web engineers and embedded teams.
Remote
Built and scaled real-time analytics products in Angular and Next.js. Established the design system and front-end performance culture across four squads.
Portland, OR
Wrote firmware for real-time control systems on RTOS platforms. Owned the messaging middleware and drove static-analysis and timing-verification adoption.
Portland, OR
Started in web, fell in love with CSS, and built marketing sites and interactive experiences for agency clients.
I'm an engineer who never picked a side. By day I build accessible, high-performance web apps in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Angular. By night — and sometimes by day — I write safety-critical embedded software for systems that simply cannot fail.
That range shapes how I work: the discipline of DO-178C and ARINC 653 makes my web code more rigorous, and the fluidity of the web keeps my firmware tooling humane. Between them sits the thing I love most — the details. Especially the CSS.
I care about the space between elements, the easing on a transition, and the exact moment an interface feels alive. This whole site is hand-tuned to prove it.
